]]>The Midland Basketball Academy has been fortunate enough to build and develop a special relationship with Central Michigan University's Men's Basketball program over the course of the past few years. We are very excited that we have also been contacted by, and working with, the women's program this coming year.
The ability to work so closely with a NCAA Division I program that is so close to Midland is someting very special and unique for all of the kids involved with the MBA. Please look for information in the coming months on events and opportunities your kids will have to work with the men and women of CMU's basketball programs.

]]>The AAU of Michigan has voted that all AAU 3rd-6th grade teams will be over prior to Spring Break. The final tournament will be hosted the weekend of March 25th.

1) Perfect timing for MBA kids to start training prior to the start of the season, they're able to get in a solid pre-season training block that would set them up to peak right as the season starts. The athletic skills taught at Athletic Republic will compliment the basketball skills taught by the MBA.
2) We offer team/group training discounts which are a significant cost saver for families who have multiple kids, or for teams who want a competitive edge over others.
3) We want to give back to the MBA. 5% of every dollar MBA members spend at Athletic Republic will be donated back so that the MBA can use it for scholarships, equipment, tournaments or however they see fit.
